My history in the restaurant business began with creating the very first sushi train restaurant in the Redlands at Victoria Point, Sushi Point, way back in 2007. Since then, I have created six other highly regarded sushi and Japanese restaurants in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including Sake Bar Izakaya Goku in West End.
Buddakan is a new venture, building on my extensive experience in curating fine Asian cuisine and bringing about a new standard in sensational oriental dishes, the likes of which the Redlands has never seen.
